Stanyl TW241F6 is a high-performance, heat-stabilized and lubricated polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is processed by injection molding. Stanyl TW241F6 is used in automotive bearing cages, wheel speed sensors, gears, end-laminates (electrical components), electronics and outdoor power equipment.
