PP料免處理油墨 

本產(chǎn)品是選用高檔進(jìn)口樹脂和高級(jí)顏料經(jīng)過細(xì)制研磨加工組合而成，特別適用于移印及絲網(wǎng)高速印刷，不拉絲、不毛邊、不堵網(wǎng)、印跡飽滿、遮蓋力強(qiáng)。主要用于己處理及大部份未處理之聚丙烯PP、OPP、CPP、BOPP制品。 產(chǎn)品特性： 1、 不拉絲、不毛邊、不堵網(wǎng)、印跡飽滿、遮蓋力強(qiáng)。 2、 光澤好、手感好，平坦性良好、表面光潔； 3、 表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強(qiáng)、抗刮傷； 4、 耐酒精程度佳； 產(chǎn)品說明： 1、 細(xì)度：4 μ以下。 2、 適合于40T~165T（100目~420目）網(wǎng)版印刷，以120T聚酯單絲、感光膠網(wǎng)版計(jì)算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達(dá)35~40㎡。 3、 表干5分鐘，徹干24小時(shí)，附著力測試應(yīng)在24小時(shí)后進(jìn)行。 使用方法： 1．用B-07B專用稀釋劑進(jìn)行稀釋，使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢瑁�用后隨時(shí)密封。 2．網(wǎng)版塞網(wǎng)時(shí)可用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。 3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。 4．對(duì)于表面張力較小的材料，有可能產(chǎn)生附著力不佳的現(xiàn)象，可先用我司B-9240處理水或火焰處理法對(duì)底材進(jìn)行處理后印刷，這樣可以提高油墨的附著力。 注意事項(xiàng)： 1．各種物料的外觀相似，但可能會(huì)是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產(chǎn)。 2．如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開現(xiàn)象，可適當(dāng)加入一些慢干膏即可。 3．環(huán)境溫度過高，將會(huì)影響油墨原有質(zhì)量。 4．請(qǐng)遠(yuǎn)離火源，避光保存。This product is made of high-grade imported resin and pigment through fine grinding senior system combination, especially suitable for printing and screen printed, not drawing, no flash, no clogging, imprinted full, strong hiding power.
