2.可承載多連板以增加生產(chǎn)率
3.將底端SMT元件覆蓋住,使之能通過標準的回焊設備局部焊接防止彎曲；
4.防止PCB在回焊時產(chǎn)生彎曲現(xiàn)象,波峰焊在溫度逐漸升高的環(huán)境中,仍能繼續(xù)保持其物理特性的能力,使合成石可在波峰式焊錫過程中,達到高標準的結果并且不會有變形的情況發(fā)生.在短時間置于360℃及持續(xù)在300℃的操作溫度的苛刻環(huán)境中,也不會造成Durostone基層分離。
