PET與PBT塑料區別 聚對苯二甲酸類塑料，主要包括聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯（PET）和聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯（PBT）。   PET,分子結構高度對稱，具有一定的結晶取向能力，故而具有較高的成膜性和成性。PET具有很好的光學性能和耐候性，非晶態的PET具有良好的光學透明性。另外PET具有優良的耐磨耗摩擦性和尺寸穩定性及電絕緣性。PET做成的瓶具有強度大、透明性好、無毒、防滲透、質量輕、生產效率高等因而受到了廣泛的應用。PBT與PET分子鏈結構相似，大部分性質也是一樣的，只是分子主鏈由兩個亞甲基變成了四個，所以分子更加柔順，加工性能更加優良。   PET 聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯  典型應用范圍:   汽車工業（結構器件如反光鏡盒，電氣部件如車頭燈反光鏡等），電器元件（馬達殼體、電氣聯結器、繼電器、開關、微波爐內部器件等）。工業應用（泵殼體、手工器械等）。  注塑模工藝條件:   干燥處理：加工前的干燥處理是必須的，因為PET的吸濕性較強。建議干燥條件為120~165℃，4小時的干燥處理。要求濕度應小于0.02%。   熔化溫度：對于非填充類型：265~280℃；對于玻璃填充類型：275~290℃。  模具溫度：80~120℃。  注射壓力：300~1300bar。   注射速度：在不導致脆化的前提下可使用較高的注射速度。   流道和澆口：可以使用所有常規類型的澆口。澆口尺寸應當為塑件厚度的50~100%。  化學和物理特性:   PET的玻璃化轉化溫度在165℃左右，材料結晶溫度范圍是120~220℃。PET在高溫下有很強的吸濕性。對于玻璃纖維增強型的PET材料來說，在高溫下還非常容易發生彎曲形變。可以通過添加結晶增強劑來提高材料的結晶程度。用PET加工的透明制品具有光澤度和熱扭曲溫度。可以向PET中添加云母等特殊添加劑使彎曲變形減小到最小。如果使用較低的模具溫度，那么使用非填充的PET材料也可獲得透明制品     PBT 聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯  典型應用范圍:   家用器具（食品加工刀片、真空吸塵器元件、電風扇、頭發干燥機殼體、咖啡器皿等），電器元件（開關、電機殼、保險絲盒、計算機鍵盤按鍵等），汽車工業（散熱器格窗、車身嵌板、車輪蓋、門窗部件等）。  注塑模工藝條件:   干燥處理：這種材料在高溫下很容易水解，因此加工前的干燥處理是很重要的。建議在空氣中的干燥條件為120℃，6~8小時，或者150℃，2~4小時。濕度必須小于0.03%。如果用吸濕干燥器干燥，建議條件為150℃，2.5小時。  熔化溫度：225~275℃，建議溫度：250℃ 。   模具溫度：對于未增強型的材料為40~60℃。要很好地設計模具的冷卻腔道以減小塑件的彎曲。熱量的散失一定要快而均勻。建議模具冷卻腔道的直徑為12mm。  注射壓力：中等（最大到1500bar）。   注射速度：應使用盡可能快的注射速度（因為PBT的凝固很快）。  流道和澆口:建議使用圓形流道以增加壓力的傳遞（經驗公式：流道直徑=塑件厚度+1.5mm）。可以使用各種型式的澆口。也可以使用熱流道，但要注意防止材料的滲漏和降解。澆口直徑應該在0.8~1.0*t之間，這里 t是塑件厚度。如果是潛入式澆口，建議最小直徑為0.75mm。
